Bring to the Beach: Surf Robes & Loop Necklaces

Summer means sandy toes, sunshine, breeze in your hair, and bright colors. Getting a little dirty, but still looking cute. In that spirit of summertime exploration, I teamed up with my talented friend Melissa of DMCO.Market to show off some new Moonwalker jewelry paired with her handmade surf robes. The idea is to pop the robe on to make changing into a swimsuit or wetsuit easy at the beach. They also have a waffle lining to help you dry out post ocean dip, and they function as a beach blanket once you’re ready to lay back and chill.

We share an appreciation for geometric shapes and bright organic colors, so it made sense to team up for a fun photo shoot at the beach. Her surf robes pair chambray up top with colorful African mud cloth and patterned textiles found at the flea market.

My newest earrings and necklaces feature organic speckled and striped patterns, reminiscent of beach sand and river rocks. I’ve been drawn to rich terra cotta red, deep burgundy, pale peach, and sparkly copper clay colors.
